The Process

What we do is create cheerful, thoughtful gifts and cards designed to raise a smile. Sometimes even a belly laugh! We make presents that work for everyone, including the impossibly hard to buy for.

When we run markets and listen to our customers, we constantly hear ‘Oo that’s you that is!’ or, ‘Grandad used to call me that!’ or ‘I’m getting that for our Paul’! Whether it’s nostalgia, patriotism or a bit of both; people truly identify with Dialectable sayings.

And whilst our gifts are fun, they are also high quality and have a classic appearance. Many people have told us our mugs are their favourite in the cupboard. They are lovely to drink out of – perfect size, perfect handle (fits three fingers!) and perfect thinness. So we’re not just here for the laugh. Products are thought through in terms of practicality, longevity and timeless appeal.
And ever mindful of the price tag, we offer truly exceptional value.

Our Eco Promise

  • We’re working hard to reduce plastic packaging. We’re moving over to biodegradable bags, removable tabs and labels and collecting local orders ourselves.
  • We’re reusing packaging where possible from our own deliveries and other offices in our building.
  • We’re using biodegradable brown tape rather than clear packing tape.
  • We’re aiming to cut down on the number of additional deliveries as much as possible.

The Process
In order to start working with us, you will need to submit an account request form.

There are criteria that we ask our traders to meet. Mainly that they:

  • Have a bricks and mortar shop
  • Are not too close to an existing supplier

Once approved, you will be given a login to our website which will allow you to view all our trade pricing, brochures, best sellers. You will be able to place your orders from here too.
We ask that first orders are paid pro forma. Then you can apply for 30 days credit.

Once you become a trade customer, we will add you to our email mailing list so that we can send you up to date information on our products, offers and anything else we feel you need to know. You will not be bombarded with unnecessary correspondence.

We will also add you on all of our social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram), and will post about you joining us. If you could do the same and photograph your new Dialectable display that would be wonderful! Lastly, we will add you to our stockists list which features on the retail site. This allows customers to find their nearest store – hopefully that’s you!

If orders are placed before 12pm, we aim to get them out to you by next day delivery. Once dispatched you will be sent an email containing your invoice and a note to let you know your order us on its way.

During busy times, e.g. Christmas, delivery times take a little longer. We will always contact you if there are delays, and pre-warn if we know there is something coming up that would affect deliveries.

As mentioned, we ask for first orders to be paid pro-forma before goods are sent out to you.
